Paper Bridges
In Engineering, we just did this project called paper bridges.
Building one isn't as easy as you think. The bridge had to hold at least 2(50) grams.
A single sheet of paper!
100 grams!
Eight inches.
That's all we got. A piece of paper and 5 paperclips.
Mine actually turned out pretty well. It held 122 grams. But I was getting really annoyed because someone's held 550 grams at my table. The thing is, it wasn't a beam bridge. And it went against all laws of physics! I wanted to tell them, but they were telling me to shut up and that nobody cares about what I say, so I just sighed and kept working the correct way.
