Edible Cell

In Science, we learned the parts of a cell. Honestly, I don't remember them much now. I need a review. But we wholefully did, and it took a while. I remember staying up late at night, trying to figure out the difference between mitochondria and ribosomes. When we were finally ready, it was time for the test. The big test. We had to construct, in our groups, together (which was a big horror to me, because I'm a really intorverted, control-freak), to make a giant model of a cell.
What's the catch?
It had to be edible.
So here you go, ladies and gentlemen, my edible cell project that my group (8) made. It was really fun. The rush, the thrill and panic at the end-I wish I ate some. :( But I didn't. I didn't taste it. Nothing could be refridgerated, which was okay, which meant no dairy for me, although I wouldn't have eaten it, either way. We used fruit roll ups for the cell membrane/walls, the frosting for the jelly-like substance (forgot what it was called), and a bunch of wack ingredients. I remember our cookie broke, so we used a bagel and made it look sorta like one. Haha, good times.

Extra Credit!!!!
Glogster
In science, we're making a Glog with Glogster about the 6 characteristics of life. I love it. I can have fun using technology (as every kid does) and be learning about life at the same time. This really helped me learn, and now I have a few annoying educational tunes stuck in my head. I got a B on this, maybe because my information was wrong, I don't know. I do admit, though. I spent a little too much time on looking for videos, though.
I also made an extra credit Glog on the Necessities of Life. I didn't really need it, actually. Okay, well that's just conceited. Maybe I did (probably), but I just enjoyed making Glogsters. I got the full ten points, and I'm grateful for that!!!
